Please note while our corporate office is based in Baldwin, WI, the majority of the work for this role will take place in MN. As such, we advertise in the MN area to attract qualified candidates in proximity to where the work is primarily performed.
Regular daily travel to our WI office is not required. However, there will be occasions when travel to the corporate office will be necessary for meetings, training, or other business needs. Candidates should be comfortable with periodic travel to our WI location.
Insulation Project Coordinator Essential Functions & Duties:
Reviewing insulation contracts after being approved in production for accuracy, timelines, etc., and follow-up with salesmen if needed.
Perform ongoing insulation question discovery.
Schedule installation with homeowner and adjust with sub-contractors
Communicate and secure production dates for installation with sub-contractors.
On-site supervision of sub-contractors to ensure installation is being performed accurately and quality service is obtained.
Insulation Project Coordinator Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Working knowledge of power tools and equipment.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in insulation/installation practices.
Equivalent education, training and/or related work experience.
